This movie was created by Cecil B de Mille in 1956. It described that Moses led Hebrews who were slaves in Egypt. Actors were very famous. Charlton Heston played the role of Moses. And the role of Ramses was Yul Brynner. This movie was a great work of 3 hours 39 minutes. I was surprised that this was a large scale movie.

The stage was Egypt about 3000 years ago. Moses would become the next king in Egypt. But he knew that he was a Hebrew who was helped in a river. And then he heard God's voice after leaving Egypt. The God ordered Moses that he would lead Hebrew slaves from Egypt. He decided that he went to Egypt and persuaded Ramses, the Egyptian King, to release Hebrew slaves. Finally, Ramses released them. And the God told moses Decalogue. But Hebrews broke this promise. The God let them wander for 40 years, because the God was angry. And Moses went to heaven.

I had questions afterI finished watching the movie. One of questions was how Egypt was built up after releasing Hebrew slaves. Another question was where Hebrews went. But I could learn the Exodus. And I could know Jewish history. I think that the conflict between Israel and Palestine is related to this history. I want everybody to watch this movie, because the movie is easy to understand historical and legendary background.
